There is a washer/dryer on- and some parking in the driveway and on the street out front. The yard is big with lots of grapes, raspberries, blueberries, established gardens and room for more gardens. Things are pretty quiet around the house.Close to bus lines (. Current tenants are two guys in their ’s, both respectful and get along well. Rent is $/month for the room plus an equal share of utilities. Lease term is 6 months with first, last and $ deposit required.
