I'm seeking to rent a furnished bedroom and full bathroom to a single woman in the walk-out lower level of my beautiful condo. No pets or smoking. The space has ' ceilings, windows, a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and furniture. There is also a private full bath. There is a backdoor entrance or you can enter on main level through a garage space you can use (if you have a small to mid-sized car). You would share the kitchen, garage, laundry room, a 2nd fridge, cookware, appliances, and all utilities (including the newest high-speed wifi). This home is in a safe, and highly desirable area. I have lived here years and in the area since . We have lots of grocery and other stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. and are near Creve Coeur Lake and parks. We are close to the airport and to major highways in a quiet location with common ground behind us. I live on the main level and work from home. I am fairly private and self-contained but also friendly and helpful. You would need to be on my lease for one year, get a background check, and be a non-smoker, without pets. I’m a kind, caring person. My work (over years) is centered around helping people get along, communicate effectively, and build trust and teamwork with each other. I’m a great roommate if you are someone who likes to be left alone when you want to be and knows that I'm friendly but also a bit of an introvert that often needs my own space and alone time. I'm simple in that I'm not loud and generally go to places to meet up with friends not have them over at my house. I have a few grandchildren that live locally but they rarely come over because they are half-time with their mom. I go to bed fairly early (by ) and rise early (like am) and go on a morning walk, have coffee, and start my day. If you like calm, quiet and peace, with close proximity to many great things, and have access to parks, gyms, water and trails, this is the place for you!

Hi friendly chill house with mainly one college student becoming a doctor and an engineer.

Beautiful, private, spacious mother-in-law suite for rent beginning June 1. The room has its own entrance, a large bathroom with a hot tub, and plenty of cooking utensils and an air fryer, microwave, etc, although it has no kitchen. Since this is a private room, I do not share my kitchen, although we can work out something for laundry. I have cats. You will see a lot of wildlife as you sit outside and look around your space. There are deer, my neighbor has chickens, and it will seem very quiet and tranquil. It will feel like you’re in a little house in the country, but you’re right by in Maryland Heights. I charge per month + a month for utilities, including Internet, although you have to have your own Netflix, etc. for the TV. The bed is a queen size bed, and is very comfortable. I provide one set of sheets and towels for your use, although you will have to wash them. Feel free to contact me with questions. I will require a security deposit of half the rent to reserve the space. The spot is ideal for students finishing up a degree, professionals who are in St. Louis for a few months, or people who are looking for a house. This is not really a long-term situation, given that there’s no kitchen. My price is very reasonable, so I’m pretty picky about who I choose. Absolutely no smoking inside the property and I’d honestly prefer no smoking outside, either. I’ll consider a pet with a separate fee. No couples, although of course I’m fine with occasional visitors and friends. I’m a teacher and my son is in college so we are pretty quiet and work a lot, although often from home.
