Another small bedroom for additional storage space. The apartment has a large kitchen, front and back balcony, large living room, free laundry inside the unit, free street parking (no permit needed). The apartment is in a quiet residential area in Roslindale. We are close to West Roxbury and within walking distance, there is a Target, yoga studio’s, gym’s, restaurants, and plenty of groceries stores. We are a 1-minute walk away from a bus stop outside of the apartment, minutes bus drive to Jamaica Plain and Forest Hills Orange line station, minutes by car/ minutes by bus to the Longwood area: Boston Children Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Simmons College, Northeastern University, Mass Art, and minutes by public transportation to Boston downtown.- As a roommate, we ask that you are a working professional in your mid-twenties to early thirties.
