Hi! - I’m looking for a roommate to share the house I’m currently renting. It’s a .5 bath house located in the Bedford neighborhood, which is super nice! Love this neighborhood! It has a 2 car garage, I always park in the driveway since I have a truck, it has a small fenced in , back yard, gas fireplace, washer, dryer, dishwasher, a/c, all of the normal stuff. I currently occupy the master bedroom but I’d switch to the spare bedroom for the right roommate.

There is an extra spacious walk in closet in the hall with places to hang clothes and a shelf going all the way around if you need more space than the closet that is in the room. There’s a balcony facing trees which gives complete privacy. Beautiful large, very clean cabana style pool with grills and gym. Residents can also sign out bicycles for free which I think is so nice. The $ rent amount includes WiFi and all other utilities except electric. Electric is separate, but the total is usually only between $ during the summer and much less in the winter and obviously we would split that down the middle.

Signing a lease in the next week that fits the above description, moving in around Sep 6, and looking to find a female roommate soon to help pay rent and share a cozy clean space.
