Beautifully furnished bedroom for rent in a very nice NEW community. GWM that owns a Skyline manufactured home that I purchased NEW last year. I’m looking for a roommate years or older, as I live in a restricted community. One must be financially responsible, able to pay their rent on a timely basis. Utilities will be shared, to include electric, water cost, your share would be approximately: Ninety Dollars (electricity cost could rise your share an extra Twenty Dollars during the summer months, but it would not exceed that as I like, my home cooool) Wireless internet, cable TV, trash and lawn care will be supplied at my expense, as I pay those items within my fees to the community.
