Hi!:) my name is Jazz and I live with my partner Jacob. We have a spare En-Suite room in our shared house in central Exeter .We’re 2 mins walk from the Quay and 4 mins to Fore street. We would share the kitchen & lounge which is already furnished. The Bedroom will be unfurnished. The house is situated inside a coded gate walled carpark, parking available upon discussion. No pets allowed unfortunately. We are friendly, fun, social but also working professionals. Being clean, clutter free and respectful is a must. Bills I. e WiFi, electric, gas, council tax included in price. Money towards water bill is also included but if some months we use more water we split the cost of extra bills.
