$/month everything included. No lease needed. You would be sharing the downstairs bathroom with another roommate who’s very clean and keeps to himself. Me & my girl live upstairs. I work 3rd shift mon - fri. You will have a parking spot in the driveway. The washer and dryer is in the basement. The room won’t be available until July 6th and we’re going to paint and freshen the room up whenever the other guy leaves. We can either leave the bed frame & dresser in there or if you have your own stuff we can move it to the basement
