The room features a queen size bed frame (currently still disassembled) and a big closet behind two mirror sliding doors. The property has a nice front yard and backyard with a wooden deck, and plenty of shade. It's a 2-story house built in the late eighties, all bedrooms are upstairs. There's a garage which offers storage space, but can't hold another car. It features a level-2 EV charger that can be shared. Washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen are shared.The house currently has limited furniture - a couch, TV, a small table with chairs in the combined dining/living room area.Utilities are negotiable - I don't use much since I'm not home much.About me:I'm a male professional in my early fifties who works in the South Bay. I came to CA from Germany some twenty+ years back. I'm looking for someone quiet (not a party animal), clean, organized, and drama-free. Aside from work I am an avid cyclist (mountain, road, gravel), snowboarder / skier, and occasional musician (guitar) at one of the local churches.
