Playa Vista with all its' hip fun stuff; Whole Foods, movie theater, Park, LA Fitness w.pool, etc. is about mi away. My apartment is located in a small cute older 8 unit building on the 2nd floor. Laundry room is downstairs in the building. The room is recently painted and carpet steam cleaned. Furniture are new as well. The room has its own mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee brewer, but, you're also welcome to use the main kitchen, fridge, and stove if you're a neat and clean person.
