I have a fully furnished room available now (June) Fourty Third Ave and Baseline in Laveen, AZ(Phoenix). The house is located in the quiet HOA Dr. Horton Alara Community which offers scenic walkways/pathways, a playground, and a basketball court down the street. Also in close proximity: Cesar Chavez Recreational Park, Cesar Chavez Public Library, Shopping Department Stores/Grocery Stores and Restaurants. The nearest Freeway is the South Mountain Freeway which can shorten a trip to Ahwatukee, Chandler, East Valley, or connect You to the I-Ten Freeway. I’m looking for responsible, respectful, drug free, and clean roommates (can not stress the cleanliness part enough/no maid service) who can adhere to common sense rules listed in a month to month room rental agreement. Ideally, I’d like for my roommates to be able to enjoy my home equally as much as the common areas would be shared. The guest restroom/bathroom is shared with other roommate, currently (female). The room is furnished with a twin-sized day bed, one dresser, and a light stand. All utilities are included, along with high-speed Cox Wi-Fi. The thermostat is kept at a cool SeventY Twwoo degrees during the summer months. I provide all of the necessities needed for preparing/cooking meals. In conjunction I also provide the cleaning chemicals for the household as well as paper products for the kitchen (plates & paper towels). I also update the home as much as possible; over Memorial Day weekend I purchased a 4 Piece conversation wicker set, area rug, and propane barbeque grill for the Patio. I updated the front porch with a nice bench, area rug and planters.
