Hello. My name is Mark. I have a room for rent in a peaceful house in the Valencia Park neighborhood. Great location for freeway access (close to ty-four, fifteen, and 5) making Chula Vista, Downtown and Northpark a quick drive. On a cul-de-sac, tenants have off street parking. It’s a multi-cultural, family neighborhood. The neighborhood is very quiet, just some occasional fireworks and family parties. Neighbors are great, and watch out. Washer/dryer. Rooms are ft with shared bathroom. Will be looking for another roommate for second room after first is filled. Full house access. I don’t like rules so I am looking for respectful, considerate and clean roommates who take care of their responsibilities. Utilities are covered in the rent. Internet will be separate. Just repainted, added solid doors for more privacy, and added mirrored closet doors. Has an ok back yard but it’s a work in progress. I’m easygoing, and give people their space and privacy. I’m generally quiet but can be talkative if you are up for conversation. Cannabis friendly. I’m happy to develop friendships with my roommates as we will be sharing a space together. It’s important that tenants know this is their home, not just mine, and I would want a roommate who treats it that way. I generally prefer female roommates, especially if they will be sharing a bathroom with each other, but have lived in harmony with both.
