I have a furnished room in Laguna Woods (next to Laguna Beach) - a very active and very large SENIOR community. You must be at least years old to live here. And to me this place is absolutely paradise. There is just so much to do. If you are bored it is your problem. I have a condo which is a single family detached home. Private room and private bath. The room is not large, but there is also a den for your use for TV, computer, etc. I have a large dog so need somebody who likes dogs. If you have a dog that is okay. NO CATS!!!I am a retired female into duplicate bridge, travel, photography and some birding. And I watch most of the Los Angeles Dodger games. Also into music and there are many performances here in my community. I take advantage of many of them. Enjoy rock, pop, and Broadway show tunes. I have become friends with several of my roommates. My last one was here for four years and was wonderful. Although both of us kept busy, we would go to dinner occasionally and even took a road trip. Although she has moved out, we still meet for lunch every month.

We are a friendly and easy-going European couple looking for a roommate for our beautiful townhouse in Rancho Mission Viejo/South Ladera Ranch. The townhouse has 3 floors and you will have the first floor entirely to yourself. You will have your own bathroom as well. You will share the 2-nd floor kitchen and the living room with me and my husband. The room for rent is the first room in the pictures. There is no walk-in closet (there is room underneath the staircase to hang your clothes) and there is a garage, but you will need to park around the neighborhood- there is plenty of parking here, so that shouldn’t be a problem. There is a one-time annual parking fee of $ that you will have to pay for. We don’t have cable TV, but if you want to, you can get your own or we will provide Apple TV at our cost. You will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, guesthouse as shown in the last pictures. There are also gym classes, yoga in the park, hikes, monthly farmer’s market available and many other fun events provided by RanchLife such as WestFest, Rodeo, Turkey Trot, Christmas Tree Lighting etc. There is also a bar by the pool on the weekends. Rent $ plus utilities (around $ a month), $ deposit, one-year lease starting between August 1st- August th. No pets, no smoking including marijuana, no drugs. If you like the room, you will need to provide proof of income (pay stubs, W2s or bank statements), at least 3 references, driver’s license and a social security number to run a background check and credit. Hi! Lemme just start by saying this home and the girls who live here are perfect. I'm just trying to move in with my boyfriend and need someone to take over my place in the lease! This bedroom has a shared bathroom, wood floors!, a mini walk in closet, and a beautiful floor to ceiling window that wakes you up every morning with happy people and dogs being walked outside. The girls living here are super chill and funny and incredibly kind to each other. Preferably no work from home, no big dogs, and no heavy smokers. They're also creatives who vote blue too so I'm looking for preferably someone who will match that energy. No pets will live there when I move out so feel bring to bring a fur baby in! Laundry is shared but only amongst 5 people so it's pretty much always available. No A/C either, however the ocean is so close the weather here is immaculate and cool- no a/c needed.
