Bedroom has queen size bed, dresser, desk, tv. Can be furnished or unfurnished. I have 1 friendly / playful, well behaved cat. Prefer no other animals. Gym, pool, free Starbucks coffee, pool table in the clubhouse. Apartment on first floor. W/D in apartment. Close to grocery store, walking distance to Sheetz, 5 mins from downtown Clayton, Fit4life, local restaurants & bars, mins from Raleigh, mins from Cary, one hour from Apex. mins from either Planet Fitness or Fit4Life.Includes utilities, all kitchenware and appliances available for use. You have your own section in pantry, half of the freezer and a decent amount of refrigerator space. I keep the living / kitchen area clean, dishwasher is typically empty for dirty dishes, when full I’ll run it and put them away. Move in date: September until March ..I live an active and healthy life style. I work long hours, huge into fitness and often not home. The living area currently has workout equipment, I plan to refurnish and make more homie feeling. I am usually in my room or working on something if I’m not working or at the gym.Best match: Short or long term welcome with a day notice.
