No smoking in or around the apartment (individuals can smoke by the street), no pets, no heavy drinking, no hard drugs, no loud noise. They can have visitor, but I ask not a constant flow of guests. No parties as well. I work 2 full time jobs and I am looking for a 3rd. Everybody takes part in keeping the apartment clean.The apartment is right on the freeway and both Costco and Food 4 Less is right down the street.
