Rooms for rent in Northwest 86th Terrace, Kansas City, MO, USA

Looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in my b apartment in Northern Kansas City. Move in preferably June-July and the end of the lease is in January but will probably renew. The rent would be a flat $ of monthly utilities. My partner and I share the master bedroom. We are arnt messy people. Both of us are full time grad students and working full time.
