We are looking for a third roommate staring in May for at least a year. This is in northwest Cape Coral. The room shares a bathroom. Feel free to message me with any questions about the room! What we are looking for:We are both clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces, so being clean and prompt with rent is a must. The property is rented through a management company, so reasonable credit and a stable job are required.No smoking or illegal drugs, including marijuana.We’re open to pets, but the roommate will be responsible for any pet fees and additional rent. Male or female About us:(M): I’m a Naval engineer, and pretty handy with fixing things if needed around the house. In my free time I'm pretty active and have a lot of hobbies: pickleball, AirSoft, boating, fishing, SCUBA diving, shooting, the gym, and anything outdoors. Occasionally i like to go out, but always up to try something new. I work regular hours during the week and usually go to bed around midnight.(F): I work typical hours (ish) Monday-Friday and I’m currently going back to school for accounting. I spend a lot of my free time doing schoolwork, but I also like to craft, read, bake, and workout. Let us know if you think you’d be a good fit!
