The apartment is very clean with brand new bathrooms. A desk and two chairs are also included. It also has a door leading to my very large patio, which features a garden, a table and several chairs, a bench, a grill, and an exercise area. The room has a great view of the condo’s hot tub and is a short walk to its pool. This room is only for one person.My roommate would have a private bathroom, which features a vanity and wall cabinet with plentiful storage. Looking for a roommate beginning October th at my large single family home with huge back yard in Echo Park! Rent is $ + utilities.About the house: it's a beautiful, tree-lined SFH in Echo Park, very close to the lake but up one of the hills so no real foot traffic from the lake. The house is a BA house but it will just be me and my dog Tex in the other bedroom. The third bedroom is being used as a home office or guest bedroom. The house has a washer dryer in the laundry room, a gas stove, and a HUGE backyard with a grill. The living and dining room is also quite large. I am open to a dog depending on breed and temperament but we cannot have cats here per the landlord. Street parking only, but plenty of it.Regarding the room, the bird wall decals will obviously be removed from the wall. A projector is currently mounted to the wall and can be left on for no charge or removed and patched+painted per your wish.
