I'm renting out half of my home for the same price a private bedroom would cost and this will be for the right person. I only want myself and one other person. You would be living at the other end of the house you have a big really nice living room you have a private bedroom and a private bathroom then there's another bedroom that's a spare one I've been thinking of different ideas maybe a room to build projects in or something like that then coming towards my end of the house there is then a big formal dining room with beautiful furnishings and then the next room is the kitchen which is fully stocked you can cook baked fry anything you want and I also have a barbecue or on my porch that can be used to be around. The laundry room has a great running set of machines then the next room is a very small living room which leads you to the entry door to the house and opposite is my bedroom and then my private bathroom. I am currently putting down waterproof laminate flooring in the one bedroom that I want to rent out. The majority of the house has new carpet but the bedrooms I want laminate as well as the kitchen. It's more of a preference thing for me than anything else. I'm also installing or in the middle of installing a smart security system you just load the app, I am doing it to lower my insurance cost . I've also installed a high-end expensive really high efficiency Heating and central air conditioning system that is run off of a smart thermostat and it really is proficient, my plan is to make it as efficient and easy to maintain it has a nice front yard & fully fenced in backyard w privacy fencing.You'll have1 parking stall under carport and on street. I don't use cable or anything I use Android devices and side load them with apps so you can watch free movies and local news and stuff like that or sporting events .
