Looking for Roommate

Hey Everyone! PLEASE MESSAGE ON I’m looking for a female (open to queer male) roommate to resign on my lease with me by the end of this month with a June 1st move in date! It’s in the heart of vibrant East Village across the street from Tompkins Square Park and 4 blocks from Trader Joe’s, Target, and the L train. Rent is with each for wifi, electricity varying per month depending on usage (but typically doesn’t go above each), and water and heat included. The vacant bedroom fits a queen size bed and has a spacious closet. A little bit about me:-My name is Ary Russell-I’m years old and an upcoming graduate at NYU where I studied pop culture journalism, music, and entertainment business. -I work at Barnes and Noble (can hook you up with a great discount) currently but am searching for a career job in my field. -I have a cute and shy cat named Coco who makes me laugh everyday.-I enjoy going out to party but am respectful enough to not let things get crazy at home.-Love all things movies, music, books, and pop culture-I got along so well with my current roommate but unfortunately she’s moving back to Hong Kong for medical school. -I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and communicative roommate who is LGBT friendly.
