The entrance is connected to my room, but you're able to get to it through the basement and can use it whenever you'd like.The apartment is close to the Graham Ave stop of the L (about a 6 minute walk).My roommate has been living here for years, and I've lived here for almost three years. He's moving out and will be taking most of his furniture with him, so we'll be replacing things like the couch and TV, and I can cover most or all of the cost of that, but we can talk about bringing your own common area furniture if you have it. The landlord will also be giving it a fresh coat of paint at the end of the month.You'll be signing the lease with me, which starts on May and ends December .
