The apartment is a bath south-facing corner unit with an updated kitchen and gorgeous screened balcony / sun room. Utilities are included in the rent. Minimum 6 month commitment. Roommate must be OK with not wearing perfume or strong floral scents, which trigger my migraines. Non-floral scents are fine. I don't cook frequently, so don't worry about strong cooking smells from me.I work remotely from the apartment as a corporate consultant, but I travel % of each month, so you'd have the place to yourself during those times!
