You are able to use all common areas such as kitchen, lanai, backyard, garage and washer and dryer. You must be pet friendly as I have a senior cat that sleeps all day, a guinea pig, and a chinchilla. I'm looking for someone who is drama free, clean, respectful, and courteous of others. A background check will be done, but don't worry, as I am a very understanding person, just somethings will be a definite pass as I'm just being cautious of who will be in my home.
