I have a bath house in Navarre. I have 2 rooms available. I’m a very clean and quiet person. I do hangout in the living room to watch movies or enjoy time with friends. Hi its a bath house. in Navarre. Right now there is me and a yr old female tenant. so there is one bedroom currently open. The rent is $ a month which includes all utilities. There is a large fenced in back yard if you have pets. Very quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from the beach.

The house is off Edgewood st in Navarre. I have a chocolate lab so you must be fine with dogs. You can have your pick of the spare rooms and you get your own bathroom. I have plenty of room in the 2 car garage if you need to store some things. Rent is $ and that will include utilities. I do have beds set up in each room if you don’t have your own.

I have not moved in or applied yet. I have 1 cat and me and have furnishings. I can pay half of rent and buy my own items (food etc). Other utilities would also be split.
