One personal bedroom, personal access to the homes hall bathroom (as the only user outside of houseguest, cleanliness is your responsibility).Option 2: shared hall bathroom Bedroom 1: w/ larger closet Bedroom 2: w/ smaller closet Includes Wi-Fi. Water/trash/electric would be split 4 ways. One personal bedroom, shared hall bathroom between 2 roommates (as the only users outside of houseguests, cleanliness would be a shared responsibility). INCLUDED IN BOTH OPTIONS: Shared access to the kitchen (cleanliness would be a household responsibility), laundry room, and backyard area. Pets are not preferred but are welcome with a fifty $ per pet monthly pet fee in addition to the rent/utilities.
