I have a bathroom condo in Oceanside near Douglas Drive and North River Road. Shopping is within walking distance, freeways not too far and bike trail leads straight to the beach. Easy drive and very close to Camp Pendleton, Vista, Fallbrook, Carlsbad and freeways. I will have 1 bedroom available that comes furnished. Rent is month to month in order to allow freedom and flexibility for life's ever changing circumstances. Life is always changing with good times, bad times, new opportunities and so on. Having a month to month situation and freedom makes more sense. This also means if you need to leave, you do not have to give or wait for a day notice. Likewise, if I need you to leave please be drama free about it. I have a rent drop box system and rent is due on the th of each month and is credited for the following month. For example: July's rent is due June th, August's rent is due July th, and Sepetember's rent is due August th (essentially days before the 1st). I have been doing this a while and have found great and quailty roommates. Rent being due on the th makes more sense to me... $ most utilities including internet. You will only be responsible to pay rd of the SDG&E bill which will be due on the th with rent. I will text your portion when the bill is available. There is a nonrefundable deposit of $ due to month to month and flexibility. The neighborhood is a giant circle, perfect for walks and runs, with a pool and jacuzzi in the center. There is a washer and dryer available for optional use in the unit. Shared bathroom (super clean with water efficient toilet). Keypad entry on door lock and full access to kitchen. You want the house to be REALLY nice, clean and quiet and you don’t want to deal with drama. You want to be able to call the house your home for a while.  We have the place for you. The entire place is fully furnished: 2 giant leather sofas with recliners, person dining room table and chairs, barstools, and the kitchen is fully furnished too (pots, pans, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, EVERYTHING…just move in). There is an enormous balcony () right off the dining room with a nice table and chairs, outdoor couch and loveseat, Bar-B-Q grill, hammock and a stunning, peaceful view. The house itself has hardwood floors with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Your bedroom is fully furnished too: queen bed, expensive mattress, bed sheets, blankets, comforter, towels, TV, desk (work from home!) closet, and nice wall decorations. (see pictures).  You have just one bill: $ per month. This includes not just utilities, but also: washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, air-fryer and all utilities and of course high-speed internet. Plus, you have your designated parking space. If you do the math, this is a good value!! More about your new roommates: We are working professionals, so we get up and go to work in the morning.
