My father is a year old single male, he works hours per week. There is one dog living here, a female Black Mouth Curr who is friendly and loving. You may bring up to one pet, the pet just has to be friendly. No breed restrictions. No utility payments unless utility bill goes above $ and tenant will cover remainder (bill is currently $ avg). Total move in cost: $ for rent and $ security deposit. There is a washer and dryer on as well as a full functioning kitchen and dining room. Ask for more pictures, we are still cleaning out the house and removing everything from the old owner.
