Our apartment is in a great location in Edgewater - walking distance to Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District and also super close to Downtown, Brickell, and Mid-Beach! The building has great amenities - pool, gym, outdoor hot tub, and indoor sauna, and the doormen/women are all very friendly and helpful! Our apartment is quite large and already fully furnished. You’ll have the spacious corner Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is completely furnished with a large king-size bed (super comfy mattress), two side tables, full-body mirror, a desk, and a chair. If you don’t want the desk/chair/side tables we can remove any or all of that furniture before you move-in. We have in-unit laundry and dishwasher, no pets, and a large balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay.
