I’m looking for 2 roomates, each room is $ , they both have closets and windows. As of right now they have carpet but I’m looking into replacing with flooring ! The neighborhood is great, it’s quiet and nice. We have a community pool and front office! I have furniture in living room and utensils! All you would need is room decor and bathroom amenities! I have a front porch that is large and you can sit and relax and I have a front porch as well! I am redoing my outside paint and hopefully getting the carpet out and replacing the whole flooring
