Hello! My name is Emma and I am looking for a student to take over my lease at Cowgate from to (so for weeks in total). It is a 4 bed classic en-suite that is owned by Home for Students, all of the bills are included (gas, electricity, water, and council tax) and the rent is £ per week. I have already paid the deposit so you will not need to pay for that as well. The accommodation is located between Central campus (8 min walk) and Holyrood campus (8 min walk). It is also near the Edinburgh Railway Station (5min walk). The four bed en-suite room comes with a three quarter sized bed, modern en-suite and stylish study area. WiFi is available throughout the building. The en-suite rooms have shared kitchen, dining and living spaces with under bed storage in each room. There is also a bike store, a laundry room and a very nice on- management team. To be able to rent the room, you need to be studying at university. We have a lovely single/small double room in our family home available to rent from end of August beginning of September. The room is downstairs. ( I currently do not have any photos of the room as we have a Ukrainian guest in the room ) itis painted white with wooden floorboards. There is a feature fireplace similar to the one in the lounge.. the room has a single bed( we may be able to provide a small double, but obviously this will reduce the size of the room) there is a slim wardrobe and Chest Of Drawers. There is also a desk. We can provide a small fridge./ kettle also. We have two dogs they are well behaved however they do bark when somebody knocks at the door.- the room with suit somebody who is happy to live with Dogs and is not afraid. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with myself and my husband we are very young at hearts and are very chilled and relaxed. We are happy for you to play your music and we do not mind you coming home late at night. We both work but usually we are home in the evening with the dogs.Room is for a female . The road we live on has bus stops outside& the station is also close by as are shops and cafés and pubs and parks. Parking can be available on the drive, but this would be an extra ten£ a month as I would need to buy a permit to park on the road. There are roads close by that you do not need a permit for which you can also use. We have a washing machine and dishwasher , coffee machine . The garden is currently waiting to be sorted with new turf, but you still have access to the patio and the seating area .
