Apartment is walking distance to parks, gyms, Target is down the street, cafe's are all along the street if that's your things (Good people, Bonsai cafe, Starbucks, Cafe 's). Bus stops literally in front of my building. The blue will take you to the beach, the 4 will will as well, but if you got east then you can stop by century city, hollywood, or downtown. A very diverse area as well, that I'm sure anyone would appreciate. My room is connected to the shared balcony with the roommate in the living room. Pretty much whatever I leave here, you can use lol. Need to see ID and 2 most recent proof of income. Would love to Video call before coming by.
