I’m looking for a lease takeover for my room. I currently live with my 2 roommates who are both female, and share a bathroom with one of them. My room is $ a month, and utilities are split 3 ways between the three of us. The townhome comes with a big kitchen, a patio, lots of storage, plus an attic. As well as large living room and dining room. We have a dog named spike, who mainly lives in one of my roommates room, but he’s super friendly and sweet, as well as well behaved and potty trained. We are located near Bell road in a quiet neighborhood tucked away at the end of a street, so nights are quiet and undisturbed. We located about minutes away from down town Nashville, and have a bunch of cultural restaurants and markets just down the road. As well as being close to the interstate, so you don’t have to fight much Nashville traffic to get where you want to go. Luckily since it’s a lease takeover you won’t have to pay a deposit, only an application fee for the apartment, which is about $. If you want to check it out in person just message me and we can get together a time for a tour. My roommates also requested that only woman take over for me. I am off work Monday-Wednesday so whenever you message me give me a date and a time to meet up for a tour. I have already moved out all of my belongings so it is move in ready.
