Room for rent | Brighton Avenue, London, England, United Kingdom

Double room in 2 bed flat

Hi! I’m Alex and I’m moving overseas for a new job so putting my room up for rent. The room is a double in the front window of the flat. It gets lots of light during the day and is a really good size. The flat has a living room, kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with a bath/shower. There’s also a great backyard which is so useful in summer for BBQs/having friends over. This flat is perfectly situated in Walthamstow. Within easy walking distance of the High Street, Walthamstow Central Station, St James Street Station and Walthamstow Queens Road station. You can be in Liverpool Street in mins on the overground or Oxford Circus within mins on the tube. Also within walking distance is an off-licence, cafes, Sainsburys supermarket, gym, bakery, buses to get to Stratford or Blackhorse Road/Tottenham Hale. Rent is £/month + bills. Usually comes to about £ in total. Your potential new housemate Greg works in the hospitality/food industry. Super friendly and easygoing - he loves to cook, BBQ on a summer day and is very social - we often go out for a drink/do a pub quiz/watch tv together. He loves a craft beer and also knows how to make a great coffee. Thanks to his work he often brings home yummy food to share. I’m leaving as of June 1st but we could potentially work out to bring you in sooner if you like.Technically the flat is unfurnished but as I’m moving overseas we can talk about you taking some bedroom furniture off my hands if you wish. Otherwise I will look to get rid of it all.
