The windows are bright and south facing with electric blinds.🏡 rest of the house: bathroom, terraced house. Separate kitchen and living room with a cute little garden with bike storage accessed through the kitchen. We have a dishwasher, coffee machine and even 2 fridges, all working well and communal. We have a separate utility room too with washer, and tumble dryer. 💷 the logistics: rent is £ Bills included with 1 month rest as deposit , cleaner contributions, bills contributions and house maintenance £ extra all in. The low rent is because I have just had a baby, so any tenant will have to be happy to have that. Helloo! I’m looking for someone to join me in a lovely flat in Kentish Town for £ pcm.The flat is gorgeous and decorated/furnished so nicely. It’s a bathroom flat with an open plan kitchen and living room. There is a large dining room table right next to the bifold doors that open out to a private garden that is south facing so gets the sun all day (honestly my favourite bit)! The flat itself is on the bottom floor behind a residential street, which is gated and very quiet.The flat is on a beautiful residential road (the actually house is gated) just mins walk from Kentish Town Thameslink and northern line station, and mins walk from Camden Road overground. There are loads of great cafes, bars, restaurants but also a local park and very commutable. The Room is fully furnished with plenty a double wardrobe, shelving unit, chest of draws and bedside table. There are high ceilings and a large window so lots of natural light. I am looking for a flatmate who strikes the perfect balance between home-bird, pub-goer and part-time exercise junkie. I love the flat (especially now it’s summer) and just looking for someone to go to the local restaurants and also have BBQs in the garden. Who would you be moving in with?
