The apartment: It's a bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which makes it a very large spacious apartment, with a large living room, sun room, stand alone equipped dinning room, large equipped kitchen (I cook a lot), a small balcony/deck and recreational backcourt/patio shared with the other 2 units in the building. You will have your own large bathroom and quite a bit of storage space. The neighborhood Albany Park is a great neighborhood, our apartment is located half a block from a beautiful park with a riverwalk called Horner Park, it's one of the largest park in Chicago (just it 😊).
