Great deal if you’re looking for someplace very reasonable priced. We are in the process of putting up drywall to make the rooms separate but for right now it’s so cheap because it’s a wide open basement and you do share the space with one other person. These prices won’t last long so lock it in while you can. It’s $ a month rent plus $ a month for utilities and depending upon if you have a small car or a truck you may have to pay a parking fee. You could also bring your own furniture or get it furnished.

Private room with a very large bathroom that’s shared with another bedroom. The bathroom is very large. The community space is humongous.
