Within a block radius there is a hour laundromat, local grocery store, Aldi’s, Costco, Planet Fitness and much more. I’ve lived here for over years and the convenience and affordability of the neighborhood has made NYC life not only manageable but quite pleasurable.It is just me and two cats that reside in the apartment at the moment taking up the other bedroom.
