The room will be in Southeast Austin and utilities and furnishing will be included! You will also have your very own bathroom (unless there is another person renting the room). There is a month lease agreement with no sublease. $ (first and last month) is expected, so you would pay $ in July for your first month and last month, but it’s still a month. We will have 2 cars in the garage already (which is my parents car and my car), but there is still parking available. There will not be any other furniture except mattresses, so you are welcome to have your own things. The bedrooms are roughly the same size and is on a first come first serve basis. I will send the floor plans once I get them so you have a general idea of the layout of the house!
