Location is on Springfield Avenue, lots of busses including the Q, Q, QM! Drivable distance to most areas of Queens/NYC! I like to keep a clean space, the living room will have the couch and a table/tv & tv stand, they were in my room because my friend was living here for a bit while he was moving (I have my own small AC and it was suuuper hot).
