It’s a b house located a couple blocks away from State Street. It’s a -minute drive from UCSB and SBCC. Walking distance to many different places ( walking score). There is also a bus stop nearby. The available room is the master which includes a bathroom and a decently sized closet. The rent is $ for a spot in a double; neither spot is filled. There is plenty of street parking with a couple of spots in the driveway. There is laundry on- and the house is partially furnished (kitchen and living room). The room also gets a ton of natural light and has a semi-spacious backyard that is open to garden/grill/tan. The kitchen was recently redone and has tons of storage.
