I absolutely love this apartment and the area, I’m very sad to leave but happy for anyone who takes my place. The room is on the second floor with two large south facing windows (perfect for indoor plants). It’s the largest room in the house with an en-suite and decent enough closet. The laundry is on the second floor which I found very convenient. The townhouse is located on a dead end street with though traffic and a walking path into Jacobson Park. The walk to the park is maybe two minutes that leads to the dog park. It’s a quiet and safe street with mostly families. There’s two roommates, Roommate 1 basically lives at their partners place (I haven’t seen them in a couple weeks). Roommate 2 has two jobs and is gone from pm-pm. Roommate 2 has a cat that stays in her room when she’s gone. Both roommates are very clean and tidy. We all respect each others things, we don’t use or take each others items or food. If ever we needed to borrow anything we always ask first and of course leave it in the same condition we found it. Laundry schedule has never been an issue with all of our differing work schedules. The house is a non-smoking house. Any smoking can be done in the private two car garage. Internet is included in rent and the rest of utilities are around $/month depending on the time of year. Although there’s no gym or pool on this property we do have access to the pool and gym at the other property 2 miles away.
