Hi! I'm a young healthcare professional currently in school, so I keep a fairly busy but rewarding schedule. In my free time, I love staying activeI'm really into yoga and enjoy paddle boarding when the weather's nice. Beach days are my favorite way to unwind. I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, and value open communication. I'm looking for a chill, friendly living environment where everyone gets along and feels comfortable.

I have two rooms for rent in a shared house in Titusville. The house is located on the river with a nice yard and dock. The rooms for rent are upstairs and there is a small sitting area upstairs with a TV, and a shared bathroom (shared between the two tenants). Nice Kitchen, living room and Laundry room downstairs. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs that I would like to keep available for family/friends that want to visit (available to all tenants family & friends)Each room rents for $ and includes the utilities. Optimally, someone and their friend/associate would rent the rooms as they will be sharing a bathroom and sitting area upstairs. I live in the downstairs and rarely use the kitchen (lazy).I am looking for professionals with stable employment and am not particular about age or gender. This is not a party house, although I love a good get together now and again.Dock space is possible for those with boats.Please tell me a little bit about yourself, approximate age, gender, profession, likes/dislikes etc. just so that I can get a feel for what you are all about and whether or not I think this would be a good fit.

Room is very spacious for one person. Have own bathroom, I will only have to use it to take my showers.

This little corner of Titus village is nice and quiet. There’s off-street parking. There’s an alarm system on the house. Fully-equipped, roomy kitchen. ” TV in the family room with whatever your streaming needs might be. Wood burning fireplace as well. The front room, the “lanai” is huge and glass-window-enclosed, and great for relaxing and hosting with sofa, TV dartboard and a bar. Plenty of fresh air in the winter and a nice spot to warm up from the air conditioned house in the summer. Plus there’s a second-floor deck over that lanai with a grill and some seating.
