I'm a sommelier at a wine bar a few minutes walk from our apartment. I love cooking, working out, binge watching shows and movies, and pretty much into most performing arts. The apartment: It's a bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which makes it a very large spacious apartment, with a large living room, sun room, stand alone equipped dinning room, large equipped kitchen (I cook a lot), a small balcony/deck and recreational backcourt/patio shared with the other 2 units in the building. You will have your own large bathroom and quite a bit of storage space. The neighborhood Albany Park is a great neighborhood, our apartment is located half a block from a beautiful park with a riverwalk called Horner Park, it's one of the largest park in Chicago (just it 😊). There are 3 busses lines 2 blocks away & The Brown Line at min walk

Looking for someone to take our downstairs room with a semi-private bath. Really only used during pool season and it has private entrance. The downstairs has an office and a gas burning fire-place and the patio. Almost like have your own apartment that others rarely use. Also has a fridge ,freezer, microwave, sink, and wet bar. It’s a lifestyle for sure in the summers. Looking for someone that doesn’t mind some late nights and music while we use the pool in the summer and enjoys the space otherwise.
