Fully Furnished Bedroom with shared Bathroom with a female tenant is available in this fully furnished house. The furnished Bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands with large drawers and large closet. All linens and towels included.The shared Upstairs Bathroom has double sinks, a tub/shower combo and all new towels for your use. There’s a half bath available downstairs. Fresh Interior Paint throughout and newly cleaned carpets. Living Room has all brand new 3 way reclining Leather Couches, new ” QLED Smart Tv with Directv available. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There’s also a Laundry Room with a washer/dryer available for your use. Only 3 Adult Tenants will occupy the House at any given time. There is currently a year old Male and soon to be yr old Female who will be occupying the house. I will NOT be living in the house. Entire House will be available to all tenants.Rent includes Bi-Weekly House Cleaning, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Monthly Pest Service, use of the Community Water Park, Fitness Center, Walking Trails, Lakes. Hey there! My husband and I () have a bath home.  We currently have one temporary roommate and are looking to fill the second bedroom. I'm painting over two small patches from nail holes and it's all ready to move in! The room for rent is $/ month- electric, internet, water, sewer, trash, ect included. No deposit required. We have a dog and a cat so you would need to be comfortable with that. We have a communal cleaning/ food situation so we all work together to keep the home clean and contribute to groceries. There will be a $ cleaning fee due upon move out. Our home is fully furnished minus the bedroom available. We have a pretty cool downstairs and don't mind visitors as long as there's a heads up. Our community is located in Port Wentworth (just off exit ), and has a pool and clubhouse.
