Generally taking 3 months then an evaluation to see if everyone is cohesive in cohabitating. You be on the main floor with 2 other roomies Andy (audio Engineer/ Apple) and J.D. (U.P.S. deliver driver) while I am upstairs where my bedroom/ control room and tracking room is. We are all musicians any while this isn't a party house sometimeswe stay up late and play music whether recording, rehearsing or jamming we can be respectful within reason to one another's schedules.
