The space is furnished with a king sized bed and flat screen tv! You’d share the bathroom which might be a dealbreaker but you’d have full house privileges and there’s an in unit washer/dryer for your use as well! No yard to speak of but a front patio with a peekaboo ocean view and gorgeous sunsets 🌅 my domestic partner and I are very chill and in our s ageists need not apply lol we mostly keep to ourselves in our room when we’re not cooking or bopping around town. We’re pretty private but can be socially interactive when occasion calls for it.
