You can enjoy the large fenced-in backyard, along with common areas of the home shared with the other tenants.The west-facing room has one large window, a generous wall-length closet, and comes unfurnished. There is a full bathroom that will be SHARED with one other roommate, and a communal powder room downstairs. Utilities including gas, electricity, water, and high-speed internet will be split equally between you and the two existing tenants. There is a decently sized backyard with covered patio if you like sitting outside, the sun comes up in the front, so mornings are always cooler out back. There is parking for 4 vehicles on the driveway, and the garage includes an electric vehicle charger in case you have one of those vehicles. As far as roommate preference, because I have young girls with me, I feel it is better to have a female roommate. You will not be asked to babysit them, and if you have animals, they will give additional love to them. Young children can cause cleaning to be a challenge, but I’d say the house is pretty clean overall. Asking $ for rent and all bills included.
