Hi everyone, We have a beautiful apartment in BedStuy with 1 bedroom available and looking for someone to sublet starting June . We would ideally like someone to stay full year and you do not need to be on the lease. The apartment is kept clean and tidy, and we would like to have someone who will consistently upkeep in all areas of the home. Our wonderful roommate is moving to Puerto Rico and hoping to find someone by next month! She is also open to selling furniture, so please let me know if you would be interested in that. We do have a small dog in the house so we are not open to anyone with other pets. Being a dog lover is a must! We let our pup roam around the house freely and would like someone who gets along with her too. I’m looking for a roomate to renew my lease June 1st. I have lived here years and really love it. The neighborhood is great if your looking for a more relaxed environment. It’s just a few blocks to Grover Cleveland Park and a minute walk to M train. The room you would be taking has an attached balcony that we would both share. We also have access to the roof which is great for use in the warmer months. The space is already furnished so all you have to worry about is your room. This is a new building, my roomate and I were the first ones to live in it. I really love the space and take great care of it so having a roomate that also likes to keep the space clean is a must.
