I do not live at this property because I constructed That Daam House to provide flexible leases, both short-term and long-term, to better serve traveling professionals and students in Northeast Wisconsin.That Daam House was constructed in November and is an easy 8 minute city drive away from Lambeau Field and less than a mile walk away from Downtown Green Bay. This property has an Upper and Lower Unit that are both fully furnished with their own separate entrances, on- free parking, and an in-unit washer and dryer. This listing is for the Upper Unit, which has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, and the Lower Unit is occupied full-time by a Host.The Upper Unit is rented by the room and we've made it a priority to connect our Dwellers with our favorite local businesses so that they have options of where to eat, drink, and be entertained while they're here.
