I am a music teacher/musician and my current roommate is an event planner. We are in our ’s and early ’s. Me and my roommate share a bathroom and then there is a half bath in the living room. We are in the heart of San Elijo Hills! We will be looking for a roommate to move in July 1st. The room also comes with a garage space and laundry unit in the home as well as a dishwasher.
