Looking for a chill person who is clean and considerate. I have a brand new home in surprise by the white tank mountains with my two small dogs. I am gone for most of the day and the dogs go with me. I have a normal work schedule and sleep at night. You would have access to basically the entire side of the house (I don’t even use the front door) as well as your own bathroom. I’m asking /months but I am negotiable. First and last months rent would be required and then you just wouldn’t pay rent your last month (avoids people just skipping out on the last day of the month).
